At Destination: I relaxed when I arrive for an hour before I ate . After dinner we went


too the conference room where a man name Alex dictate the trip to us.

Unique Physical and Human Features: The unique feature about were we were was that it was in


the largest ecozone in Canada and was a comfortable


environment that was extremely foggy at times

Route Followed: We took highway 44 south

Distance Traveled: On our way to Bowring Park we traveled 25km Estimated Time: 30min

Activities on Route: On our way to the park since it was still very early we admired the fog as our


Travel guide explained to us why it gets so foggy in St. Johnís


At Destination: When we arrived at Bowring Park we swam, played tennis, admired


foreign trees, and looked and learned about bronze statues of explorers

Unique Physical and Human Features: The park was full of animals and interesting fact as well as


of escarpment and fog with a friendly wildlife

Route Followed: We followed highway 8 south east tell we came to Pippy Park


Methods of Travel: We got the By a Bus Provided to us by Eco Canada


Distance Traveled: Our group traveled 50km Estimated Time: Its took 50minutes

Activities on Route: Our travel guide dictated the history and facts about Pippy Parks so we would


know the importance of this stop


At Destination: we Traveled through woodlands, and up steep hills. Also we golfed swam


And enjoyed a picnic as we look over the city of St. Johnís

Unique Physical and Human Features: The land was soft and their was a lot of wildlife and


vegetation. Also there were various bodies of fresh water for


fishing but it was catch and release only

Methods of Travel: We took a plain provided by Eco Canada

Ecozone(s) you Visited: when we landed in Edmonton we were in a totally different ecozone called


Boreal Plains


Activities on Route: The trip was long and tiring so I slept for about 4 hour and when I work up a


rocky marathon was on and I watched the movie to kill time. When we


arrived at our campsite we pitched a tent and relaxed


At Destination: We took a bus provided by Eco Canada as well to Elk Island


Description of Ecozone(s): The Boreal Plains is a moderately cold and moist boreal with foothills and


plains


Unique Physical and Human Features: Clear blue sky with flat areas and small amount of hills


Accommodations: We camped at the campsite in Elk Island National Park
